One Single queen-size bed room w/ private access to the room, private bathroom, hot/ warm shower, private kitchen with gas stove, rice cooker & a fridge. Shared washing machine with detergent cleaning powder, Smart TV. Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to various kinds of restaurants, convenience stores, ATM, money changer etc. Sorry, we don’t accept unmarried couple stay together
The space
The space is approx. 28 square meters on 2nd floor. The room itself has windows to get access to fresh air and view of the neighborhood. Our listing is good for people on business trips as lap top working table is available and perfect for a longer term of stay for WFH as it is not far from selections of places to eat, money changer, ATM and supermarkets,
Each room has private kitchen c/w fridge.
Guest access
Guests will be provided with keys for their own use. The room on 2nd floor has its own private access to kitchen, bathroom, and refrigerator. Temporary Parking space for two cars. Automatic washing machine on 3rd floor is available for common use. Gas stove and electric kettle are available. Printer are available on request, feel free to ask!
During your stay
We live just next door and are available for most of the time.
Other things to note
• Please respect and follow our HOUSE RULES. Thank you.
• Please respect other guests who become your neighbors in the same house.
• Always inform us whenever a friend/family member is visiting. They can stay only until 9 pm.
• If you need other appliances such as iron, portable gas stove, printer, etc just let us know.
• Coffee/tea is provided as a complimentary.
• One 15 L bottle drinking water is provided and new bottle can be requested weekly for free
